If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with a purchase, we encourage you to study our refund and return policy.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

●    “Website” refers to sikkhon.com accessible from sikkhon.com

●    “Account” means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

Refunds

If the item sold does not meet the criteria stated in the product description, only then the buyer has the right to request a refund within 14 days of the date of purchase. However, the buyer must clarify and provide evidence as to why the product description provided does not match the product.

It is important to note that there will be no refund if the mistake was made by the buyer or the buyer didn’t understand the description of the product. Similarly, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the product purchased is compatible with the device (which may include any machine/laptop/computer/mobile phones, etc.) with which it is being used.

Conditions for Returns

Please ensure that the following conditions are met in order for the products to be returnable:

  • The Products were purchased in the last 14 days.
  • The Product description provided does not match the product.
  • It is the responsibility of the Buyer to prove that the description of the Product did not match with purchased Product.
  • We do not refund for product if you are unsatisfied or if the product was not compatible with your Device/machine/system/computer/software etc. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion

As per the “Sales of Goods Act 1979” (https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1979/54) the items sold by a business seller to a non-business consumer need to be:

  • of satisfactory quality
  • as per the description
  • fit for purpose

In the case where the item sold does not match these criteria, the buyer has a right to request a refund within 14 days.
